Yes. I said Air Tickets. And Birds.
That’s exactly what some super wealthy Saudi Prince did after he bought tickets for 80 of his prized feathered pets and sat them in a plane with other regular mortals.
The image was first Shared on content site Reddit by user Lensoo, and has attracted thousands of comments.
Lensoo wrote: “My captain friend sent me this photo. Saudi prince bought ticket [sic] for his 80 hawks.”
Though it’s unclear which airline these pets were travelling on, most carriers have restrictions on how many birds can board.
Qatar Airways states in its travel advice: “You are permitted to carry one falcon on board the Economy Class passenger cabin of an aircraft, and a maximum of six falcons are permitted within the Economy Class cabin of an aircraft (country regulations may apply).”
